Welcome to Ketsirin Wellness & Massage. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking and using our massage and wellness services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be made by phone or walk-in during our operating hours (10am - 11pm daily)
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other clients
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

3. Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full treatment cost
• We understand emergencies happen - please contact us to discuss your situation

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash and major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required

5. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment
• If you have any concerns during your treatment, please inform your therapist immediately
• We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• All therapists are trained and certified professionals
• We reserve the right to discontinue treatment if we believe it may be harmful to your health

6. Client Conduct

• Clients must treat our staff with respect at all times
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Please silence mobile phones during treatments
• Please respect the peaceful environment for other clients

7. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and understand the risks involved
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from treatments, except in cases of negligence
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during your visit

8. Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs of our premises for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform our staff.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or premises.
